Create or log into your ECIU account
If you have an account
If you have participated in ECIU University courses as a student, you should already have an ECIU account. You can access it here using your existing ECIU credentials.
If you do not have an account
If you are a student, you can create a new account on the ECIU digital platform right now. To do so, click on the button below, select your home institution and complete the authorisation process using your university’s credentials.
Important: For now, only students or employees at member universities can use their home university credentials to create an ECIU account. You won't be able to create an account after you graduate.
Find your course
On our digital course platform, you’ll be able to find courses available to alumni under a dedicated filter. The selection is constantly expanding, so stay tuned!

Your ECIU University alumni questions, answered
When applying to ECIU courses that are opened to alumni, some documentation to support your status as alumni may be required or requested during the application process. This is necessary to validate your status as an alumnus and to update your ECIU profile accordingly. Usually documents such as your graduation diploma, certificate or an official supplement would be sufficient as well as providing some additional information when submitting your application, such as your highest or latest degree (i.e. BSc or MSc).
Any student who comes from an ECIU member university has the right to enroll in ECIU University courses that are available and open to alumni without payment for up to 2 calendar years after their graduation date. The 2-year free trial period starts from the date of graduation, which can easily be found on a graduation certificate, diploma, or a graduation supplement as provided by the home institution. This offer is subject to change by ECIU University.
If your account was created prior to your graduation, you should be able to use your already existing ECIU email account (user name) and password, without the need for your home university credentials. In case of technical issues or if you have forgotten your password, contact our IT Helpdesk to reset your credentials.
At the moment, you can only access the courses for alumni if you have created an ECIU account when you were a student at a member university. However, this might change in the future, so stay tuned for updates on our website and social media.
At the moment, alumni are not eligible to travel or participate in ECIU University mobility during courses.
Users with an existing ECIU University account, who have recently graduated, can continue making use of their ECIU account and services normally. However, the course selection and accessibility will change for alumni – with a curated portfolio of courses offered to alumni. Additionally, users will be asked to verify their graduation date in their profile account and if needed submit a proof of graduation when requested.
ECIU University alumni with existing ECIU accounts have access to a curated catalogue of courses for up to 2 years after they have graduated. Access and availability of the courses usually depend on the graduation date and the course portfolio availability. Access to your ECIU account however is valid for life, unless you as a user wish to requests an account deletion. An account deletion can be done by sending a request to our IT Helpdesk.
For a limited time period, ECIU University will offer a curated course catalogue open to ECIU alumni. You can find which courses are open to alumni by choosing the “Learner Type” filter in the ECIU University platform.
